This class focuses on a gentle, flowing sequence of postures that connect the body and mind. Students will learn basic yoga poses and how to sync their movements with their breath. Expect a calm, supportive environment where you can build strength, flexibility, and focus at your own pace.

This class focuses on improving range of motion, flexibility, and muscle relaxation. The class engages in deep stretches and mindful movements to help release tension and enhance mobility, making it ideal for those looking to increase flexibility at a comfortable pace.

This is a class designed to promote physical and mental healing. We will be focused on restoring the body after intense physical exertion or injury. We will engage in gentle movements, focus on slow stretching and do specific poses that will help our body’s recovery process.

The session combines gentle stretches, strengthening poses, and mindful breathing techniques to relieve tension, improve posture, and promote mental clarity. Perfect for employees seeking a break from the workday, this class helps increase focus, reduce workplace stress, and enhance overall well-being, all in a calming and supportive environment. Also available in chair yoga form.

Beginners

This class is designed for schools with students in grades 6-12, offering a valuable opportunity to integrate mental health and wellness into their curriculum. It provides a dynamic approach to improving strength, flexibility, and focus through a blend of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. Students will enhance physical fitness, reduce stress, and sharpen mental clarity. Additionally, the class promotes better posture, body awareness, and self-confidence, while fostering relaxation and emotional well-being. It's an ideal way for teens to manage stress, boost concentration, and stay active in a positive, supportive environment.

Beginners 

This chair yoga class is specifically designed for seniors, offering a gentle and accessible way to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Using a chair for support, participants can safely perform a series of seated poses and mindful movements that promote joint mobility, increase circulation, and enhance overall well-being. The class also incorporates breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and improve mental clarity. It’s an ideal way for seniors to stay active, improve posture, and boost their energy in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
