Yoga, Movement & Community

Our founder, Dominique Beckham, is a certified Yoga instructor who is also a former dancer trained in ballet, modern, and jazz, and found yoga as a way to reconnect with movement after years away from dance. While studying in college, Dominique worked at her school's Wellness Resource Center, deepening her understanding of holistic well-being. From hosting yoga classes at Temple University to directing health and wellness initiatives, she has always been passionate about creating welcoming spaces for individuals in the community while experiencing the power of movement.

  • What types of yoga classes do you offer?
    Our yoga class themes vary per month. Our signature class styles are Stretch Therapy and Flow Yoga. Stretch Therapy is focused on flexibility and recovery while Flow Yoga is a version of Vinyasa. Both are beginner friendly.
  • How do I sign up for a class?
    Signing up for a class is easy! Simply visit our 'Classes' page and view our upcoming classes and select the class you prefer. Payment will be completed after the collection of your information.
  • What should I bring to class?
    We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wearing comfortable clothing. If you aren’t able to provide a mat for yourself, please let me know beforehand.
  • What are your class rates?
    Our drop in class rate is $20 per person. Please keep a lookout for any deals we may have going on. One-on-one sessions begin at $45 with bundle options. Private group class options start at $100 & can also be bundled.
  • Do you offer private lessons?
    Yes, we offer private one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, private lessons are a great option. Contact us to schedule a session and discuss your goals.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that life happens. We have a [24-hour cancellation policy] for individual classes. If you cancel within this time frame, you can reschedule without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a loss of your ticket price.
  • Do you offer online classes or virtual options?
    Yes! We offer live-streamed online classes for our members at least once a month. You can join from the comfort of your home during the times that classes are designated for online yoga. Check our schedule for virtual class times.
  • Is class taught by a certified yoga instructor?
    Yes, Dominique is a RYT 250 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor.
  • Do you offer workshops or special events?
    Yes, we host yoga workshops and events. Keep an eye on our Website and Instagram Page for updates.
  • Are you open to partnerships with other businesses?
    Yes, I would love to partner with other businesses by offering yoga and/or wellness sessions at their space. This can be at an already planned event the business is having or a booking that we discuss together.
  • What if I have an injury or medical condition?
    Yoga can be very beneficial for healing and improving mobility, but it’s important to listen to your body. Please contact me before class regarding any medical conditions and we can discuss if this class is a safe option for you. We also recommend checking with your doctor before starting any new physical activity.
  • Is there parking available at your studio?
    Yes, both locations offer easy parking options that are free.
  • I’m new to yoga. What class should I start with?
    No worries! Our beginner-friendly class "Flow Yoga" and "Stretch Therapy" are perfect for easing into your practice.
